The Beautifully Run Wedding Business

The other side of the craft.

For established makers creating bespoke work for wedding clients.

You already know how to make beautiful work. This is about the other side of it - the enquiries, quoting, client conversations, design time, approvals, changes, deadlines and money that sit behind every finished piece.

I'm developing a small-group programme for established wedding makers who want that side of their business to feel as considered and well run as the work they make.

Does any of this sound familiar?

None of this is about difficult clients. Most couples are lovely, and they're doing what anyone would do with something that matters to them. It's about how the work is set up around them.

Not another course to work through

This isn't being designed as a library of lessons about how somebody else thinks you should run your business. We'll look at what actually happens in yours.

You'll understand why particular problems keep occurring, look at practical ways of dealing with them, and decide what works for you and your clients.

The aim isn't to turn your individual business into a standardised one. It's to make the business behind your work more deliberate.

Understand it. Use it. Make it yours.

It's being shaped as a supported small-group experience: a handful of makers working on their own businesses, with me alongside and each other for company.

Be the first to hear when it opens

The Beautifully Run Wedding Business is currently in development. I'm talking to wedding makers, researching what really happens behind their commissions and shaping the programme around the realities of businesses like yours.
