The website is operated by Rosemary Glassey trading as Rosie Glassey.

2. What this website currently uses
This website is built and hosted using SOMBA, which uses underlying website technology provided through its platform providers.
The platform may place limited cookies or information in browser storage to support functions including:
- identifying a website visit or session;
- linking a form submission with a visit;
- remembering session information; and
- recording limited information about how a visitor arrived at the website, such as the referral source or page.
Some of these technologies are necessary or functional, while others relate to attribution or measurement.
At the date of this policy, the platform sets these technologies when a page loads, and they are not controlled by the cookie-consent banner. The banner applies to other non-essential technologies. I have asked SOMBA whether these platform technologies can be switched off or made to wait for consent, and I will update this policy if that changes.

Browser local storage used to maintain limited session-history information.
v3_first_session_event_<location>
Browser local storage recording limited information about a visitor's first visit, such as the referral source and page.
v2_user_session_event_<location>_fingerprint
Browser local storage used by the platform to help recognise a browsing session.

A cookie that remembers the choice you make in the cookie-consent banner.
Names may vary or change where the website platform updates its technology.
4. Forms and spam protection
Forms on the website may use security or spam-prevention technology, including Cloudflare Turnstile or equivalent functionality provided through the website platform.
Such technology may process limited technical information necessary to determine whether a form submission is likely to be genuine.
At the date of this policy, the platform's form technology also downloads a script from Meta (Facebook) when a form is displayed, even though no Meta Pixel is set up and no tracking events are sent. Loading that script means your browser connects to Meta's servers. I have asked SOMBA whether this can be prevented.
5. Website hosting and performance
The website uses content-delivery and hosting infrastructure to deliver pages, images and scripts.
The hosting platform may also use cookieless website-performance or analytics technology. For example, Cloudflare infrastructure may process technical information required to deliver, secure and understand the performance of the website.
6. Analytics and advertising
At the date of this policy, the new SOMBA website does not have the following installed:
- Google Analytics;
- Meta/Facebook Pixel;
- Pinterest Pixel;
- TikTok Pixel; or
- other advertising tracking pixels installed by Rosie.
I will update this Cookie Policy and, where necessary, the cookie-consent controls if I introduce additional analytics or advertising technologies in future.
7. Fonts and external resources
The website may use fonts, images, scripts or other resources necessary to display its content.
Where practical, website settings are configured to reduce unnecessary sharing of visitor information with external services.
8. Your cookie choices
Where the website uses non-essential cookies or similar technologies requiring consent, you can use the cookie-consent controls displayed on the website to accept or reject relevant categories.
Essential technologies required for the website to operate may not be capable of being disabled through those controls. As explained in section 2, the platform technologies listed in section 3 are not currently controlled by the banner.
You can also manage or delete cookies and stored website data through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some website functions.
9. Changes to this policy
The technologies used by the website may change as the site develops.
I will review this policy when significant new analytics, advertising or other tracking technology is introduced and update it where necessary.
