1. About these terms
These Terms apply to rosieglassey.co.uk and the services and resources offered through it.
The website is operated by Rosemary Glassey trading as Rosie Glassey, based in the Isle of Man.
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. Website content
I aim to keep the information on this website useful and accurate, but business information and circumstances change.
Website and blog content is provided for general information and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular approach is appropriate for every business.

3. 1-to-1 consultations
My 1-to-1 consultation is intended for makers and creative businesses who would like an experienced outside perspective on an issue, decision, process or idea within their business.
The current consultation service comprises:
- a pre-session questionnaire;
- my review and preparation before the session;
- a focused online consultation lasting approximately 60 to 75 minutes; and
- a concise written Consultation Summary afterwards.
The current price is £195.
During a consultation I may ask questions, challenge assumptions, discuss options and suggest possible approaches based on my experience of running commissioned and bespoke businesses.
The consultation does not transfer responsibility for your business decisions to me. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on anything discussed.
I do not guarantee any particular commercial or financial result from a consultation.
Booking, payment, cancellation and rescheduling arrangements will be provided before you commit to purchasing a consultation.
4. The Beautifully Run Wedding Business
The Beautifully Run Wedding Business is currently in development.
Registering your interest does not constitute enrolment, purchase or a commitment by either you or me.
Before any programme is offered for purchase, you will be given clear information about what is included, the price, payment arrangements, delivery, cancellation arrangements and any programme-specific terms that apply.
5. Free resources
I may make worksheets, guides, downloads or other resources available without charge.
Unless I specifically state otherwise, you may download and use these resources for your own business.
You may not, without my written permission:
- sell or redistribute them;
- upload them for others to download;
- republish them;
- substantially reproduce them as your own resource, product or training material; or
- present my original material as your own work.
You may, of course, apply ideas or exercises from a resource within your own business.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original text, resources, worksheets, training materials, graphics and other original content created by me remain my intellectual property.
The website may also contain photographs, graphics or other material owned by or licensed from third parties. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of that material.
You may share links to publicly available pages on the website.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website or my original resources without permission, except where the law permits it.
7. Acceptable use
You must not deliberately:
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with its security or operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- use automated methods to scrape or harvest content or personal information in a way that is unlawful or materially interferes with the website; or
- use my content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

My work concerns the practical operation of creative and commissioned businesses.
I do not provide legal advice, accounting or tax advice, or regulated financial or investment advice.
Where an issue requires specialist professional advice, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
9. Results and business decisions
Every business is different.
Examples, suggestions and recommendations are intended to help you consider your own circumstances. They do not guarantee increased sales, income, profit, enquiries or any other particular outcome.
You remain responsible for decisions made within your business and for deciding whether a particular approach is appropriate for you.

The website may link to websites, tools or services operated by third parties.
A link does not mean that I control or endorse everything provided by that third party. Their own terms, privacy policies and practices may apply when you use their services.
I am not responsible for the availability or content of third-party websites that I do not control.

I cannot guarantee that the website or every resource will be available without interruption.
I may update, change or remove website content and free resources from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that, I am not responsible for losses arising solely from decisions made without taking appropriate account of your own circumstances or from reliance on general website content as though it were specialist professional advice.
Any specific rights and responsibilities relating to a paid service will also be subject to the terms provided when that service is purchased.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts, subject to any rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
