I am responsible for the personal information collected through this website and my services.

  • information you provide when registering interest in a programme;

Please do not send confidential personal information about your clients or other individuals unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.

3. How I use your information

I may use your information to:

  • respond to enquiries;
  • administer and provide 1-to-1 consultations and other services you request;
  • prepare for a consultation and provide a written Consultation Summary afterwards;
  • deliver free resources you have requested;
  • record your interest in The Beautifully Run Wedding Business and contact you about that programme;
  • administer programmes or services you choose to join;
  • communicate with you about something you have requested or purchased;
  • maintain appropriate business and financial records;
  • protect the security and proper operation of the website; and
  • understand, in a limited way, how the website is being found and used.

I will not automatically add you to an unrelated general marketing list simply because you make an enquiry, request a service or register interest in a particular programme.

Where I invite you to subscribe to broader marketing emails or a newsletter, this will be made clear separately.

Depending on the circumstances, I process personal information because:

5. The Beautifully Run Wedding Business

If you register your interest in The Beautifully Run Wedding Business, I will use the information you provide to record that interest and to contact you with relevant information about the programme, including when a group becomes available.

Registering interest does not enrol you in the programme and does not oblige you to purchase anything.

It does not, by itself, subscribe you to unrelated general marketing.

6. 1-to-1 consultations

If you enquire about or book a 1-to-1 consultation, I may collect information about you and your business so that I can understand the issue you would like to discuss, prepare appropriately and provide the consultation and follow-up summary.

Please avoid providing personal information about your own customers, employees or other individuals unless it is genuinely necessary for the matter being discussed. Where examples can be anonymised, please anonymise them.

7. Free resources and email communications

If you request a free resource, I will use the information you provide to deliver it and administer that request.

If a form also offers the opportunity to receive broader emails from me, any such choice will be made clear at the point of sign-up.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe facility provided in those emails.

8. Service providers

I use trusted third-party service providers where necessary to operate the website and my business.

The website, forms and associated communications are hosted or supported through SOMBA and its underlying technology providers.

Other service providers may be used where necessary for functions such as email delivery, payment processing, online meetings, file storage and business administration.

These providers process information only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Some providers may process data outside the Isle of Man. Where this happens, I take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate data-protection safeguards apply.

I do not sell your personal information.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses a limited number of cookies and similar browser-storage technologies for functions including website operation, session management and attribution.

At the date of this policy, I have not installed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising tracking technologies on the new SOMBA website.

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve queries or disputes, and meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.
